Return and exchange conditions:

  1. Return period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
  2. Condition of Products: Returned effervescent tablets must be in their original packaging, unopened, and with all labels intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have already been opened due to hygiene reasons.
