What is your return policy ?
Return and exchange conditions:
- Return period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Condition of Products: Returned effervescent tablets must be in their original packaging, unopened, and with all labels intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have already been opened due to hygiene reasons.

- Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or receipt of a defective product.
